Oclinicare provides non-clinical wellness services, including:

• Stress & anxiety management support

• Emotional wellness guidance

• Mindfulness & meditation support

• Lifestyle and habit improvement coaching

These services are not medical treatment, do not include diagnosis, and are not a substitute for psychiatry or emergency care.

Provider Independence:

All wellness, psychology consultants, and meditation/yoga practitioners working with Oclinicare operate as independent professionals.
They:

• Set their own schedules

• Provide non-medical wellness guidance

• Are responsible for the quality and boundaries of their sessions

They do not provide clinical therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.

User Responsibilities:

By using Oclinicare, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information relevant to wellness support

• Use services only for self-care and wellbeing purposes

• Respect practitioners and refrain from abusive or inappropriate behavior

• Avoid using the platform for emergencies or clinical treatment needs

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Practitioner fees may vary and are shown during booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund.

• If a practitioner cancels, you may choose refund OR reschedule.

• No refunds for:

  • Missed sessions without notice

  • Completed sessions

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Appointment Management:

You can reschedule your appointment once, subject to availability. If you miss the rescheduled
appointment, a new booking will be required.

Limitation of Liability:

Oclinicare is not responsible for:

• Outcomes based on user-reported information

• Internet or technical disruptions

• How you personally apply wellness guidance

Our services are supportive in nature and not clinical care.

Termination of Access:

Oclinicare may suspend or terminate access if a user:

• Violates these terms

• Misuses the platform

• Shows abusive or fraudulent behavior

Legal Compliance:

• For users in India, Indian law applies.

• For international users, general consumer service laws of your region apply.

• Since this is a wellness-only service, medical regulations do not apply.
